Plastic Corner Installation Instructions

The new plastic corners are provided to go across the ends of the Channel Benches.  They are 6” long and cover 4 – 1½” meshes.  3” long sections are provided to cover the vertical corners. 

1. Place a 6” corner along the top with the fingers slid underneath the wire as shown in the photo.  Make sure the short tabs on the underside are locked behind the corner wires.

2. Fold the lower tabs under the wire by bending the tab in the center with your thumb or a short screwdriver.  Fold tabs one at a time and continue across the end of the bench.  If the last section needs to be cut shorter, use a pair of scissors to cut a shorter piece.

3. Take the 3” pieces and install vertically as shown.  One corner is cut out to fit into the mesh where the two corners overlap.  (If you did not receive enough of these short pieces, they can be made by cutting the 6” pieces in half and trimming one corner.
